Cancellation Terms

Activity

Exploramas is a company specialized in organizing events and activities of active tourism that is registered in the Registry of Tourism of Andalusia (TA/MA 00004) and meets the requirements for activities in the business environment.
The activities are carried out by respecting the environment, its characteristics, its social and environmental values, including respect for fauna, flora and the countryside.
Exploramás has qualified staff with specific knowledge depending on the appropriate activity. Experts look after the compliance of the environmental regulations and security of each activity, they will activate emergency plans and evacuation if needed, they will review the good condition of the equipment and materials used and prevent the practice of the activity for those due to particular circumstances it could be dangerous or harmful.

Cancellation

The contracted services can be canceled by the customer but the organization has to pay the management expenses, if there are any and as well the cancellation costs for the amounts listed below:

· 50% of the total price if the cancellation occurs more than 10 days but less than 15 days before the scheduled upon date of the start the activity.
· 75% of the total price if the cancellation occurs more than 2 days but less than 10 days before the scheduled upon date of the start the activity.
· 100% of the total price if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours before the scheduled upon date of the start of the activity.

The cancellation request must be sent to Exploramas by fax (952477951), e-mail (contabilidad@exploramas.es), or addressed (Calle San Jose, Local 1-A, Mijas-Costa) and the applicant should keep the request of the document as proof of the date and time of the cancellation.  Without the receipt, the cancellation request will not be accepted.
