In this team building activity you will have to overcome two challenges. Put on the jumpsuit and apply your technical skills. Wood, cardboard, ropes, aluminum foil, plastic. Build your own Formula One car. Originality, innovation, as well as high resistance are of great importance.
Once finished, the next step is putting it to the test. The competition awaits you. Be part of an exciting and entertaining race in a circuit full of obstacles that will test the resistance of your fabulous creation.
Will you be able to beat your opponents? What is the maximum speed your racing car without wheels can reach? Will your car cross the finish line undamaged? There is only one way to find out. Accept the challenge of our Formula One Team Building!
The Formula One Construction is a team building activity that participants will confront in different teams. This activity consists of two challenges: the construction of a F1 vehicle using different kind of materials (wood, cardboard, paper, screws, framing squares, colors, specific tools…) and a competition with the creations of each team.
The focus is primarily on teamwork, reliability and efficiency, but also originality and extra components are of great importance. Furthermore, resistance, maneuverability and lightness also need to be taken into account. The finish line is the end.
However, the main goals in this activity for companies are to strengthen the team spirit, gain knowledge, intensify the interrelationships between the participants, encourage the development of leadership roles, reinforce the link between the participants and their company and, of course, to have fun!
